• Honeypot Trap Protection: An invisible form field is included in all booking and inquiry forms. This field is hidden from legitimate human visitors via CSS. Spambots that scrape and automatically fill this trap field are immediately detected and blocked.
• Google reCAPTCHA v2 / CAPTCHA: When enabled by site administrators, Google reCAPTCHA verifies whether form submissions are made by human beings rather than automated bots. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to reCAPTCHA operations.

5. Email Communications & Confirmation Messages

When you submit a form on our website:

• Customer Confirmation: You will receive an immediate confirmation email at the address provided, summarizing your submission and letting you know that our team will connect with you soon.
• Administrative Alerts: Our administrative team receives a structured notification containing your contact details and message to facilitate swift follow-up (typically within 24 business hours).
• All transactional emails are transmitted using secure, authenticated SMTP delivery protocols.

• Retention Period: We retain submitted inquiries for as long as necessary to fulfill the coaching or workshop engagement, maintain historical records for billing/tax purposes, or comply with legal requirements. Inquiries that do not proceed to an active engagement may be pruned periodically.
